Guy Headley, Board Chair
Guy initiated the establishment of the Emerging Therapeutics Association of Australia in 2021 and is an Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer for Vitura Health (ASX:VIT).
Guy was a co-founder of CDA Health, a Gold Coast-based medical cannabis wholesale distributor and health service provider. CDA Health was established in 2017 following the special access arrangements put in place by the Australian Government in 2016 to support the community demand and prescribing of cannabis-based medicines. Since 2018, CDA Health expanded with a chain of medical clinics to enable thousands of patients to access medicinal cannabis by prescription where clinically appropriate. CDA Health eventually merged with Cronos Australia (Now Vitura Health).
Vitura Health also operates Burleigh Heads Cannabis, which is a licensed medical cannabis import/export distributor and the owner of the CanView online product ordering and management platform for manufacturers, pharmacists, and prescribers.
In December 2021, CDA Health merged with Cronos Australia. In February 2023 Cronos Australia renamed to Vitura Health, which today is the third largest diversified cannabis therapeutics company on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Fleta Solomon, Board Member
Fleta is the founder and Managing Director of Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP), Australia’s first producer and exporter of premium-grade GMP cannabis medicines. Little Green Pharma is a global and geographically diverse medicinal cannabis business with operations in Denmark and Australia, capable of producing over 25 tonnes of medicinal cannabis biomass per year.
With an MBA and background in health science, Fleta has spent her career changing people’s lives for the better. Fleta’s vision is to do extraordinary things for patients and solve real patient problems through the optimised delivery of cannabinoids.
Craig Cochran, Board Member
Craig has more than 20 years’ experience developing businesses from inception through to maturity. As an early mover in the Australian medicinal cannabis industry, Craig has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of current legislation, licensing and regulation. With a network of contacts throughout Australia, Canada, Europe and the USA, Craig has an ear to the ground understanding of both local and international medicinal Cannabis market trends, business models and access pathways. He also has extensive experience in HVAC, electrical/automation design, engineering and project management.
Medcan Australia is a licensed Australian company at the forefront of medical cannabis cultivation, production and manufacturing.
George Polimenakos, Board Member
George is an experienced, self-motivated sales and marketing pharmaceutical leader who thrives on excellence in salesforce effectiveness, strategic planning, sales execution and leadership both in primary and specialty care. He is currently the General Manager of Tilray Medical ANZ, a GMP-certified medical cannabis producer based in Sydney. George brings more than 20years of commercial experience gained in the pharmaceutical sector and more recently he has spearheaded Tilray into the forefront of Quality cannabinoid medicines both in Australia and New Zealand where Tilray was the 1st company to have 4 of its products verified under New Zealand Minimum Quality Standards.

Lachlan Cameron, Board Member
Lachlan is the Chief Executive Officer at Cannim, a global cannabis company that provides GACP and GMP certified medical solutions to patients around the globe.

Established in 2017, Cannim was built on the three core pillars - safety, science and scale. Cannim is dedicated to the development of pharmaceutical standards and the establishment of networks to reach a wide audience of patients.

Lachlan has a background in business strategy and goal-setting, operational planning/implementation, team development, key supplier relationships, business growth and change management.
